After you have purchased a BBP product (that has passed the best before date), and if said item(s) do not meet the specifications provided by the manufacturer/producer as per their web sites and we have been informed within 7 days of purchase, we will replace or give a store credit with validity of 30 days. These items must be returned relatively unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a store credit note / coupon.
